Refund policy

If you have purchased anything on, but:

  • didn’t receive the right products, or
  • didn’t receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days), you get a full refund from us.

However we can’t give you full refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Your order didn’t arrived due to factors within your control (for example you provided us with the wrong shipping address).
  2. Your order didn’t arrived due to one or other circumstances outside the control of (for example not cleared by customs, or natural disasters).
  3. Your order has been placed within a sale. In this case you can still change your order amount for other products.

Follow the steps below to return your order:

Please note: if you do not request your return by email, we will not be able to process the return.

  1. Stick the return label* that we will send you by email on your return package. Reuse the original shipping box for this.
  2. Then take the package to a post office of your choice. Keep the proof of shipment and the track and trace code.
